Services / Process Audit
Don't know where to start?
Let's begin here.
In 2-3 weeks you understand exactly where your company loses time and efficiency, and what makes sense to do first.
Let's talk about the Audit →Who it's for
It's the right service
if you recognise yourself here
You feel something in your processes isn't working, but you can't put your finger on exactly where
You've already tried to "tidy things up" internally, but after a while everything went back to how it was
You're thinking of investing in automation or new software, but you want to understand first whether it makes sense
You need to convince a partner, a manager or your board that it's worth intervening, and you need something concrete to show
You're growing and you sense that the way you work today won't hold much longer
The process
How it works in practice
Week 1
We listen
We talk with you and with the people who do the work every day — not just with management. I ask how things really work, not how you wish they worked. The interviews last 45-60 minutes each. Usually 3-5 are enough for a solid picture.
Week 2
We map and analyse
I translate what emerges from the interviews into a clear map of the processes. I identify the bottlenecks, the points of waste, the critical dependencies on people, and I estimate the real cost of each in terms of time and resources.
Week 3
I hand over the picture and the plan
A results presentation session: what I found, why it matters, what makes sense to do first and why. Not an endless list of problems — a prioritised, actionable plan.
Output
What you have in hand at the end
Not an 80-page report no one reads. Something you can actually use.
Map of the key processes
How your company really works, visualised so that anyone can understand it.
Diagnosis of the bottlenecks
Where you lose time, where errors are created, where the process depends on a single person. With the causes, not just the symptoms.
Impact estimate
For each identified problem: what it costs you in hours, errors or missed opportunities.
Prioritised action plan
A logical sequence of interventions, ordered by impact and feasibility in your specific context.
Presentation session
I walk you through the results, answer questions, and together we decide the next steps — if you want to take any.
Note
One important thing
The Audit doesn't commit you to anything else.
At the end of the work you hold a clear diagnosis and a plan. You can choose to proceed with me, to tackle it internally, or to do nothing for now.
There's no pressure to continue. The goal of this service is to make you understand — not to sell you the next step.
Example
A concrete example
An SME in professional services. 15 people. The new-client onboarding process took on average 12 days — nobody had ever counted exactly how long it really required.
During the Audit it emerged: 6-8 hours of actual work per client, spread across 4 different people, with at least 3 points where information could get lost or be entered twice.
The action plan delivered at the end of the Audit identified 3 priority interventions. The client chose to proceed with the Redesign. Today onboarding takes 3 days.
