Services / Guided Automation

The process is solid.
Let's make it run on its own.

Repetitive tasks get automated — without off-the-shelf solutions and without black boxes that break the moment something changes.

Let's talk about Automation →

Who it's for

It's the right service
if you recognise yourself here

The processes are already clear and stable — what's missing is removing the manual work

The team loses hours every week on repetitive tasks no one has ever automated

You've already used tools or solutions that didn't hold over time or depended on an external expert

Your systems don't talk to each other and data is copied by hand

You want your team to understand and manage the automation — not become dependent on whoever built it

The process

How it works in practice

Phase 1

Analysis and tool selection

I don't start from the tool I know best — I start from your context. What you already use, what skills your team has, how much you want to depend on external platforms. The choice of tool is a consequence of the context, not a premise.

Phase 2

Implementation and testing

I build the automated flows, test them with real data, handle the exceptions. I don't deliver something that works in theory — I want to see it work in your real environment, with your data, with your specifics.

Phase 3

Documentation and training

We document every automation so your team can understand and manage it. No black boxes, no dependency on whoever built it.

Phase 4

Post-launch follow-up

I stay available in the first weeks for adjustments. New systems have a settling-in period — it's normal and it's planned for.

Output

What you have in hand at the end

Not an 80-page report no one reads. Something you can actually use.

01

Active automated flows

The automations implemented, tested and working in your real environment.

02

Technical documentation

How each automation works, what it does, how to intervene if something goes wrong.

03

Team manual

Understandable documentation for those who have to use and monitor the automations every day.

04

Training

A training session with the people who will manage the flows, to make your team self-sufficient.

05

Post-launch follow-up

Availability for adjustments and questions in the first weeks after activation.

Note

Tools used

I work mainly with n8n and Microsoft Power Automate for the automation flows, and I integrate AI agents where it makes sense in the specific context.

I have no commercial partnerships with any tool. The choice of tool always depends on your context — not on what's convenient for me to propose.

Example

A concrete example

A technical SME with 20 employees. Four hours a week to produce reports by aggregating data from three different systems. By hand. Every week.

After analysing the flow, we implemented an automation on n8n that aggregates the data automatically. The report now generates in 20 minutes with no manual intervention. The data is always up to date in real time.
