Re-design of the website to improve the visibility of the Fintech District and attract new fintech players enrolling them from the platform.
The re-design process started with an holistic analysis, after we used other tecniques like heatmaps, analytics, surveys and red route canvas to better understand what was the most interesting content for actual users.
According to the brief and the user needs, we re-designed the website map and the user flow. On the same time we discovered all most interesting competitors and projects with similar characteristics and we added all of them to a moodboard. In this way we had an inspirational board and on same time a good tool for the client to better understand our vision.
From that we designed the new website.
Time to transform a mochup to something real! Using a well known CMS, we created a template using most recents HTML and CSS with PHP and JQuery to improve functionalities. We also integrated some automations with an external web-based service that allows users to integrate web apps via APIs.
To easily manage content like articles, community and text page changes.
To reduce the effort and automate easy processes using third party APIs.
To ensures a common naming convention for future maintenance.
Not only a website for the network but also for enthusiasts.
The final part of the project was to improve the website and platform using recurring processes focused on find problems and fix it or test better solutions and validating them.
